Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

- Downloadable products (MP3 Downloads)
Online courses include a 7-day 100% money-back guarantee, if you are unsatisfied with the course you can receive a full refund if your request is submitted 7 days or less from your purchase date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
Refunds (online courses)
If you have requested your refund within 7 days of purchase, your refund will be processed the following business day, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Digital downloads include MP3 or PDF downloads. Due to the downloadable nature of digital products these products are non-refundable. If these items are included with an online course you will be eligible for a refund.
Physical products can be returned within 30-days for a full refund. Please email us at email@example.com to request a return of your item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our store.
Refunds (physical products)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
