Do I tap with one hand or both?

If you are familiar with EFT tapping points you may be used to tapping with both hands on certain points, for Tappermation we recommend only using one hand so you will be tapping on either the right or left side of your body.

How fast do I tap on the points?

You will tap on the 7 points continuously and lightly, for each affirmation you may tap anywhere from 10-20 times on the point depending on your speed, you will want to tap as fast as is comfortable as you will be in a deep meditative state, do not force yourself, just let it work at your natural speed.

What is the difference between Alpha and Theta sessions?

Tappermation is offered in Alpha and Theta, click on your selected track to see what is included. Alpha sessions are great for an anytime meditation, Theta works better when you can enter a deeper state of meditation.
