The solar plexus chakra helps us to see the world and ourselves with utmost clarity and helps with confidence in making the right decisions.
If your solar plexus chakra is out of balance you may notice feelings of jealousy, self-shame, fear of moving forward in life, disgust with others or being envious.
The Heart chakra is the fourth chakra, it’s located in the center of the chest just above the heart and is based on the air element.
