Feed Your Spirit – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Feed Your Spirit website, online store and mobile app (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

Feed Your Spirit provides physical products through our online store and digital wellness content through our mobile app and subscription services. By using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Physical Product Purchases

We sell physical products through our Shopify storefront. By placing an order, you agree that product availability, pricing and descriptions may change at any time. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you when the package is handed to the carrier.

5. Returns for Physical Products

  • Returns are accepted for unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

6. Digital Subscription Purchases

Feed Your Spirit offers premium digital content through a subscription. Subscriptions may be purchased either on our website via Stripe or inside the mobile apps through Apple or Google. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing terms presented at checkout.

7. Auto-Renewal

  • All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
  • Subscription pricing may change, and you will be notified in advance when required.

8. Website Purchases via Stripe

  • Website subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • You may update or cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal link we provide.
  • When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • All digital subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

9. In-App Purchases on iOS

  • Subscriptions purchased on iOS are billed through your Apple ID.
  • Apple handles billing, payment method updates and cancellations.
  • Cancellations must be managed through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Refunds for iOS purchases must be requested directly from Apple.

10. In-App Purchases on Android

  • Subscriptions purchased on Android are billed through your Google Play account.
  • Google handles billing, payment updates and cancellations.
  • Cancellations must be managed through Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions.
  • Refunds for Android purchases must be requested directly from Google.

11. Refund Policy

Physical product refunds follow the return guidelines above. Digital subscription payments are non-refundable due to immediate access to digital content. Refunds for in-app purchases must be handled by Apple or Google depending on where the purchase was made.

12. Content Ownership and License

  • All meditation audio, video, images, text and related materials are owned by Feed Your Spirit LTD or its licensors.
  • You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to stream content.
  • You may not record, download, copy, distribute or resell any content.

13. Acceptable Use

  • You may not share your account credentials.
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Services.
  • You may not use the Services for unlawful, harmful or commercial purposes.

14. Wellness Disclaimer

Our content supports relaxation, mindfulness and spiritual well-being. It is not medical or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health-related concerns.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feed Your Spirit LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the previous 12 months.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
