Heart Chakra Awakening | 15:00 Minutes
Love, Joy, Inner Peace
If your heart chakra is out of balance you may notice becoming defensive, holding grudges, jealousy, and a fear of intimacy. The Heart Chakra is the fourth chakra, it’s located in the center of the chest just above the heart and is based on the air element. The heart chakra is associated with your ability to have an open heart, love yourself and others, and have compassion, empathy, and forgiveness. The heart chakra helps us to see our lives and the people around us through the eyes of love.
This music is composed in the key of E to awaken the Heart Chakra.

Meditation Benefits of Meditation
Meditation is the art of quieting the mind for a period of time. This typically ranges from 10 to 60 minutes and can be done at home or in a group setting.
Meditation may be practiced in complete silence, with the use of guided meditation, or with meditation music (our favorite). Many people see wonderful benefits in just one session. However, for ultimate results try meditation for 15 minutes a day for 30 days.

How to Meditate
To get the most out of your meditation practice, wear comfortable clothing and sit upright in a chair. You can try other meditation poses such as lying down or sitting on the floor. Those may work better for you.
For best results choose a time in the day when you will meditate and practice at the same time each day. Close your eyes, relax your body and gently release any thoughts that may drift into your mind.
Next, take a few long deep breaths and simply focus on your breathing in and out, in and out. As a beginner, you may notice thoughts popping into your head. Not to worry this is very common when you first start, your mind has been consumed with thoughts all day. This may be difficult to switch off, however with time this will become easier for you.
Tips to quiet your mind
- Create a relaxing environment
- Focus on the sound of your breathing
- Relax your head and eyes as you breathe
- If thoughts enter your mind don’t stress, just let them go and relax
If you take time to practice meditation daily, you will find that it becomes easier to release thoughts from your mind. You may notice that a particular time of day works best for you, such as before bed when you are winding down. Choose the time that works best for you and try to meditate at the same time daily.
Many people become frustrated at not being able to quiet the mind during meditation. If this sounds like you then you probably need it more than most. Nonstop clatter in the mind all waking hours is extremely stressful, so do yourself a favor. Commit to 15 minutes a day, you can do it!
